The long-term impacts of land use and anthropogenic changes have fragmented and fundamentally transformed Mexican landscapes. Spatial Extent:  The study areas were three transects on the Baja California Peninsula, and the adjacent Pacific Ocean. The transects included Punta Colonet, Punta Abreojos, and Magdalena Bay.
Spatial Resolution:  Each site was 25 km2 at each transect with the mean value for GPP and fPAR reported for the center pixel. SST: ~4 km (north/south; the finest resolution of the data) by up to ~100 km (east/west).
