National Strategy to Advance an Integrated U.S. Greenhouse Gas Measurement, Monitoring, and Information System
The Biden-Harris Administration recently released the National Strategy to Advance an Integrated U.S. Greenhouse Gas Measurement, Monitoring, and Information System. This National Strategy, developed by the Greenhouse Gas Monitoring and Measurement Interagency Working Group, provides a vision, framework, objectives, and near-term focus areas to guide the nation's collective efforts to enhance information on greenhouse gas emissions and removals. The strategy reflects input from two Requests for Information and meetings with stakeholders, including businesses, industry organizations, state agencies, researchers, and non-governmental organizations.
