About the Talk

This presentation will summarize findings from the World Resources Institute’s recent working paper, "CarbonShot: Federal Policy Options for Carbon Removal in the United States,” including areas where NASA scientists can contribute to filling research and data needs. The working paper is the fourth installment of the CarbonShot publication series, which presents the results of a WRI-led assessment of needs for scaling terrestrial-based carbon removal in the United States. This paper focuses on prioritized federal policy options for?advancing carbon removal?across both natural and technological pathways.
