Who Is Invited to Attend?
In-Person Attendance
- Each project from the 2022 and 2023 solicitations, as well as 2020 solicitation projects with no-cost extensions that go beyond September 2025, should be represented in-person by the PI or a Science Team Member (STM), and may also include a stakeholder and an early career participant.
- The PI or designated STM are expected to attend all three days in person.
- The designated stakeholder and early career participant are encouraged to attend all three days in person.
- All other project members and stakeholders associated with a 2022, 2023, or active 2020 project may attend virtually.
