ROSES A.7 Carbon Monitoring System: Continuing Prototype Product Development, Research and Scoping. NOTICE: NASA intends to solicit research proposals under the Carbon Monitoring System element under ROSES-2014. The final text for this Appendix will be released as an amendment to ROSES-2014. Proposals will be due no earlier than 90 days after the release of the amendment.
